This policy explains when you can cancel or reschedule your booking, when a cancellation or rescheduling charge applies, and how changes initiated by us are handled.
Before your booking is accepted
While a booking is still Pending — that is, before our team has accepted it and assigned a beautician — you can cancel or reschedule it free of charge from the My Bookings screen or by contacting our support team.
After your booking is accepted or confirmed — ₹200 charge
Once a booking has been accepted or confirmed, a ₹200 cancellation and rescheduling charge applies to any customer-initiated cancellation or reschedule. This charge covers the beautician time, travel commitment and admin work already reserved for you.
The ₹200 charge is clearly shown to you inside the app before you confirm the cancellation or reschedule. You will also see the refund or payable impact — for example, how much will be refunded to you or is still owed — before the change is finalised.
You will be asked to select or enter a reason for the cancellation or reschedule. A reason is required so that we can improve our service and, where possible, offer a suitable alternative.
When Rose Lady cancels or reschedules
If Rose Lady has to cancel or reschedule your booking — for example because of beautician unavailability, health or safety concerns, or an internal service failure — no charge is applied to you. Any amount you have already paid for that booking is fully refundable in line with our Refund Policy, and we will do our best to offer you an alternative slot or beautician.
History and notifications
Every cancellation and reschedule — including the reason, timestamp and applicable charge — is saved against your booking record for full transparency. When a change is made, both you and our admin team receive a notification so everyone stays informed.
No-shows and access issues
If our beautician arrives at the scheduled time and address and you are unavailable, or the appointment cannot go ahead due to reasons on the customer side (for example no access to the premises), the booking may be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation and the ₹200 charge may apply.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
