These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rose Lady Home Salon website and app and the home beauty services we provide. By booking a service or using our platform you agree to these terms.
Bookings
Bookings can be made through our website, app, phone call or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and share a beautician assignment or confirmation message. Prices, duration, applicable travel fees and any late-evening charge are shown before you confirm.
Pricing and payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You may pay by UPI, card or cash. Any additional services requested at the time of the appointment will be billed at the price agreed with the beautician before the extra service starts.
At-home service conditions
To keep every appointment safe and comfortable, we ask you to:
- Provide a clean, well-lit space with access to water and power.
- Ensure an adult customer is present throughout the appointment.
- Inform us of any allergies, skin conditions or medical concerns before the service.
- Treat our beauticians with respect. Any harassment or misconduct will end the appointment immediately.
Cancellations and rescheduling

Limitation of liability
We take care in selecting and training our beauticians and in using safe, branded products. However, individual skin and hair reactions can vary. Please disclose known allergies and conditions in advance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
